Are the templates in the Bubble Bot waterproof?

Yes! The Bubble Bot template is a waterproof synthetic material - not paper. You should be able to dip the end in a bubble solution with no worry of the template disintegrating.

Where can I find Kit Instructions?

You can find instructions for all four of our Hall of Fame Kits by visiting littleBits.com/hall-of-fame-instructions.

If I purchase more than one kit, can I combine them to build extra inventions?

Yes! littleBits electronic building blocks are modular. The more Bits you have, the more creative you can be!

I lost a part from my Kit. Where can I get a new one?

You can always purchase individual Bits or accessories on the littleBits website. If you can't find what you need, or something isn't working right, Contact us here or give us a call at 917-464-4577 ext. 1

Some of my Bits don't seem to be working. What do I do?

If you're having trouble with any of your Bits, here are some things you can try:

Make sure your power bit is on and that the red LED is shining brightly. If it your power is on but the light is off or faded, it can help to switch to a new battery.
Make sure your Bits are arranged in the correct order. You always need a blue power Bit & power supply at the beginning of each circuit, and an output Bit at the end.
Gently wiping down the ends of the bitSnaps™ with a soft cloth (like your sleeve). Sometimes dust gets in the way of a strong connection. If you find a circuit isn't working correctly, try unsnapping it, cleaning the bitSnaps, and snapping it all back together again. If they resume their normal operation, you've solved the problem!

I opened my box, and a compartment was empty. Is something missing?

Each Kit includes 4 Bits, Accessories, Paper Templates, and a Sticker Sheet. We used the same packaging for all 4 kits, so the arrangement of items in the box may vary between them. As long as you have 4 bits, you're golden!
